Pelvic and Women's Health Physiotherapy offers a comprehensive approach that goes beyond just the pelvic floor. We specialise in a variety of pelvic health concerns, including painful conditions like endometriosis, pelvic girdle pain, vaginismus, and vestibulodynia. Our expertise also covers bladder and bowel issues, as well as management of prolapse. We support women through all stages of life including support through pregnancy, delivery preparation, postpartum recovery, and menopause. Our treatment options include pelvic floor muscle training, perineal massage, real-time ultrasound, dilators, wands, e-stim, transcutaneous tibial nerve stimulation (TTNS), bladder retraining, bladder drills, behaviour modification, and management of constipation and defecation, as well as pessary fittings.
Anna offers not just Pelvic and Women's Health Physiotherapy, she also brings to her practice more than 18 years of experience in Clinical Pilates and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. Her expertise in pelvic health is enhanced by extensive training which has provided her with a deep understanding of physiotherapy for a wide range of pelvic and women's health issues. She has also earned additional postgraduate certification in medical management related to pregnancy, contraception, vulvar conditions, surgical interventions, fertility, and cervical screening. This advanced education deepens her understanding of the medical aspects and considerations surrounding these areas.
